About these terms
These terms cover your use of icecreamtruck1.com and any enquiry you send through it. By using the site you accept them. They are deliberately short.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the form starts a conversation — it does not reserve a date. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it back to you and agreed the details. Availability is not guaranteed until then.
Prices
We do not publish prices on this site, because every event is quoted individually on guest count, location and how long you would like the truck to stay. Any figure we give you is the quote for that event.
What is on the truck
The menu shows the 73 lines we stock. Stock rotates with the season and with supply from the manufacturers, so we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be on board on a given day. Tell us in advance if a particular treat matters and we will do our best.
Allergies and ingredients
Everything we serve is a sealed, individually wrapped, commercially manufactured product with its ingredients and allergen information printed on the packaging by the manufacturer. Please read the packaging and make your own judgement. We are not the manufacturer and cannot warrant the contents of a sealed product.

Blue Bunny, Good Humor, Rich's, Popsicle, Bomb Pop, Magnum, Rosati Ice, Klondike, FrozFruit, Jolly Rancher, Nerds, Snickers, Twix and all character names and artwork shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We sell these products; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those brands.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or error-free at every moment. If something looks wrong, please tell us.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
